I suffered a panic attack from too much stress built up in me. I was found halfway passed out on the floor shaking with slob coming out my mouth and tears rolling off my face. An ambulance was called to my attack. They talked me down to start breathing slowly and calm my breathe. Ten minutes later I began to feel slightly better while still taking deep breathes.
